• Trendy or Tacky: Green Gowns?

One color that I didn't expect to become popular on the red carpet is green. But it seems a few A-List celebs were brave enough to try something different. Just this past week Zoe Saldana & Gwyneth Paltrow both dawned green gowns by Elie Saab. And who can forget the stunning shimmering Atelier Versace gown Angelina Jolie wore back in January to the Golden Globes. In fact everyone wore green to that award ceremony! Now months later everyone is still wearing it. So whatever you choose to call it--jade, emerald, or just plain green--it seems this trend may continue to be popular among starlets. What do you think, do you love or hate the trend?

    1. Love green! Great post and pics :)

    2. I've been really surprised to by the rise in the colour green but seeing as it's approaching christmas maybe I shouldn't be! I think some shades work, Elisabeth Moss looks stunning in this emerald green dress! However Christina Hendricks looks awful but I think that's more to the cut and style of her dress not the colour, so I'm still undecided, however I don't think sequins and green are a good mix, it's just too much! Great post!
