No wonder this woman has her own song, she is so beautiful and yesterday (Oct. 15) she arrived at the Keep a Child Alive Black Ball in New York City dressed to the nines! The event was held at the Hammerstein Ballroom and benefits children and families with HIV/AIDS in Africa & India. Halle was dressed in a form fitting, cut-out dress made by designer Kaufman Franco. She has been getting mixed reviews for this one, but in my opinion she looked amazing! She also topped off the look with a pair of black patent Christian Louboutin heels! Kaufman Franco is fashion label founded by designers Ken Kaufman and Isaac Franco (http://www.kaufmanfranco.com/). It was launched in 2004, and known for his sexy backless and one-shoulder ensembles, here are a few from his line. Some of its loyal costumers include Megan Fox, Taylor Swift, Vanessa Hudgens, and more.

On Oct. 13, 2009, Jennifer Lopez attended the "Fiesta Latina" event with her husband Marc Anthony at the White House. The event was hosted by President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama and celebrates the influence of Latin music. Jennifer Lopez wore a short gold/bronze metallic dress with a flared skirt, synched and accented with a bow at the waist.

Earlier this month actress Kirsten Dunst was seen wearing the same dress at Fashion Week in New York, while attending the Rodarte fashion show. In my opinion Jennifer Lopez obviously wore it better.

Megan Fox has replaced the very stylish Victoria Beckham, aka Posh Spice, as the new model and spokes woman for the Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans campaigns. Last year the campaign featured Victoria alongside her husband, David Beckham. Megan Fox's images will not be featured until January 2010 and replacing the soccer god Beckham will be soccer rookie Cristiano Ronaldo. The spread will be shot by famed photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.

For years Kanye West has been developing his own fashion line called Pastelle. Many of his fans, including myself, have been waiting to see his trends in stores. In these past few months photos promoting the line have been spotted online and Kanye himself has been seen wearing the clothing as well. However, just this month it was said that the line was canceled, even though we never got a chance to experience it for ourselves. It was somewhat similar to Pharrell's own line BBC, so maybe that had something to do with it? I don't know. But here you can see some of the styles and even Rihanna modeling a hoodie from the line.

For the 35th Anniversary of the Hello Kitty franchise, Lady Gaga did a photo shoot with famed photographers Markus Klinko and Indrani to help celebrate. These photographers will be showcased in art exhibits in LA and New York starting this month.

Christian's current projects include joining the likes of Abaete and Alice + Olivia in creating a recurring line of shoes and bags for Payless which is in stores now. He also created a line of makeup for Victoria's Secret that was sold in stores beginning in August 2009. Between his design projects, Christian has also written a style guide titled Fierce Style: How to Be Your Most Fabulous Self, available now! Inside he gives advice about creating personal style, sharing tips on building self-confidence, and revealing his own list of fashion dos and don'ts.
