Stylish Starlets

I never used to watch this show until I found out about all the great guests she has on. Today I was able to tune in and I'm glad I did because, the guests on today's episode included Gossip Girl's Taylor Momsen and Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr! I think Taylor is so stylish but I was kind of disappointed with her look- the tights were nice though! And Miranda looked gorgeous as usual, and surprisingly very thin lol.

Well I didn't see this one coming, Alicia Keys has started designing jewelry and it is now available online. The jewelry pieces range from $85 to $2500. The collection is called The Barbers Daughter and is co-designed with Canadian designer Gisele Theriault. The pieces feature inspirational words from Gandhi, Buddha and Shakespeare and are specifically sold to benefit Alicia's organization, Keep a Child Alive. At first I was excited for her and the line, but after looking at the collection I'm not very impressed. But I will let you judge for yourself, (the barbers daughters jewelry)

UK Harper's Bazaar December 2009 issue features Victoria Beckham and photography by Alexi Lubomirski. These pictures are absolutely beautiful and the magazine will sell two different covers, both featuring Victoria. I just think she needs to become a full-time model already!

Tomorrow is the big day, the Victoria's Secret fashion show airs on CBS! Anyone else excited about this? Here is a look at all the preparation and behind the scenes footage.

Not only is he a great singer but Usher surely knows how to dress as well. I think it's safe to say that for any man who has his own style, they also have great smelling cologne to match it. Usher has came out with his new fragrance, Usher VIP, and the commercial is so stylish. Also, the ad campaigns are great too- take a look at the making of the commercial and its final product.

The Soooooul Train Awards made its return this year after taking a very long break. This year's show was taped in the ATL Nov. 3 and airs tonight on both BET and Centric. The best R&B, Hip-Hop, and Soul artists showed up, most dressed very chic in black, and some who should have just skipped the red carpet! Here are some of my favorite looks of the night and a few that I hated.

My second look was completely inspired by Rihanna and the outfit she wore to David Letterman's last week. Lately I have seen a lot of fur jackets and vests within the stores and a few celebs/models wearing them also. But I actually bought this fur/leather bomber jacket about 5 years ago at a boutique in Los Angeles. I loved how they styled it on the mannequin and so I decided to buy the last one, however when I got home I didn't really love it as much. So now that fur is back in style maybe I can find some different looks that I could pull off on my own.

The day after Thanksgiving I decided to skip the black friday sells and instead went clothes shopping in the afternoon with a couple of friends. For the longest time I have been looking for a great sweater dress for the winter season and finally found one that I like. I thought it would be fun to see how some of my fashion finds compared to the styles of a few of my favorite celebrities.
