Former ANTM winner Dani Evans covers the October 20020 issue of Harper's Bazaar Vietnam. I haven't seen much of her since her Top Model days, but I'm glad to see she's still in the spotlight. I was totally rooting for her to win that season!
The stunning Jasmine Tookes covers the Spring 2020 issue of Gritty Pretty magazine. And we should also congratulate her on her engagement! Her boyfriend Juan David proposed on September 21st and of course she said yes.

This week Teyana Taylor threw a listening party, complete with hazmat suits (but no masks), for her new album titled "The Album". It was released on Friday, coinciding with Juneteenth, and features some of the most elite black artists of today, including Erykah Badu, Missy Elliott, Lauryn Hill, Future, Kehlani, Quavo, and Rick Ross. The private party was held at a secret mansion in Beverly Hills and was probably one of the biggest celebrity/red carpet events to take place since the start of quarantine. Karrueche and Terrence J. hosted the party and some of the famous guests were Cardi B, Migos, Trey Songz, Winnie Harlow, Ryan Destiny, Keith Powers, King Combs, and Lori Harvey.
There are just some women who dominate the red carpet for certain events, and Joan Smalls is one of them when it comes to the CFDA Fashion Awards. When I think of this award show, I think of Joan and some of her memorable looks. I especially love how she brings a different type of style each year, it's so diverse--from sexy, to elegant, to urban--she pulls it all off! Here are my favorite 5 looks...and one bonus!

Today's WCW is the one-and-only Sudanese model Duckie Thot. Nyadak "Duckie" Thot is Australian-born and came in third place on the 8th cycle of Australia's Next Top Model. She made her runway debut at the Yeezy S/S 17 show, and has also modeled for Victoria's Secret and Rihanna's Fenty beauty. Her older sister, Nikki Perkins, is also a model/YouTube vlogger and the two are using their celebrity for good. This past week on Twitter she expressed her disappointment with the the fashion industry, in light of the B.L.M. movement, and asked for brands that use her image to promote products to speak up and show their support! I am loving all the famous people who are speaking out and contributing to this modern day Civil Rights Movement.
