It's not so much even about the outfit this time....but the shoes! These Turquoise snakeskin Louboutins are beyond fab. Beyonce was out and about on Valentine's Day with her sister, Solange and Destiny's Child members, Kelly & Michelle. She wore a LBD and paired it with these cute shoes. They are extremely high but I would definitely take my chance at wearing them!
