Rihanna is known for her sexy style so it's no surprise that she would casually rock a garter belt out in public. Here she is wearing a pair of suspender tights by Henry Holland which actually look like faux garter belts. And recently Selena Gomez rocked a similar pair out in Paris. Although Rihanna is a trendsetter at times, a few starlets in Europe have already beat her to this new sexy look (over a year ago).
