First let's start this off by saying Happy Birthday and Congratulations to Ciara for getting engaged on her B-day! Last week she celebrated both special moments in Las Vegas and wore a LBD by Alon Livne from the Fall 2013 collection. She wore heels by Saint Laurent and topped off her look with that giant engagement ring!
