Although she still has a lot of catching up to do when it comes to competing with her famous sisters and their style, Kylie Jenner's "makeover" has paid off. I have to admit however, I have never really liked Kylie since day one and for many reasons. But I can still give the girl a compliment and say that I have really liked some of her (too sexy for her age) red carpet looks!
