I have always thought that Kim Kardashian looks best in neon colors compared to any other shade. Honestly, she looks good in just about anything (like solid white). But she can really pull off bold bright colors like neon pink and green. And she proved me right on her recent trip to Miami and rocked not only neon clothes, but a bright neon wig, and matching neon cars too!
