I mean, is there anyone else that could top Beyoncé this week? Since releasing her Disney+ feature film Black Is King the world has been talking about her nonstop. Especially her many African inspired looks, which were put together by Zerina Akers with a little help from Ghanian stylist Nana Kwasi Wiafe. Today Paris Hilton celebrated her birthday a day early and in true fashion she threw herself a grand party! For the big event she wore a straight off the runway gown by Alon Livne. I first saw the dress on instagram this morning and since then it has already got a lot of talk online. Some being good and some bad! I really thought it was cute and fit her character perfectly, but it does have a dangerously high slit. Just check out the look for yourself.

First let's start this off by saying Happy Birthday and Congratulations to Ciara for getting engaged on her B-day! Last week she celebrated both special moments in Las Vegas and wore a LBD by Alon Livne from the Fall 2013 collection. She wore heels by Saint Laurent and topped off her look with that giant engagement ring! Now, my question is--do you think her dress flattered her beautiful ring or did she distract from it with all the cutouts and sheer panels?
