Red Carpet Fashion: BET Awards!
So here is a little rundown of last night's red carpet for the 2010 BET awards. I have to admit that the outfits weren't that impressive but some people still looked good. While a few others just looked like a hot mess! But take a look and decide for yourself. I have to say though that for once I might have to go with Ciara & Lala for best dressed and worst dressed definitely Cassie and Chilli (TLC)!
Ciara in Balmain (I am not loving the fringe on the arm however)
Fergie in a tuxedo dress (The back was actually really cute!)
These 3 ladies were my faves! Lala, Nia Long in Gucci, and Taraji P. Henson
Keri Hilson in Bill Blass (She's like a Rihanna look-a-like now)
Jada looks so good but i think that ity-bitty short outfit & with her two kids there is a bit inappropriate...Now here comes the bad and really ugly!
Cassie in Charlotte Ronson and Givenchy shoes
These 3 ladies weren't so bad but I have seen them in much better! Eva Pigford looked really cheap and tacky ( I don't think she even cared about her dress, she just wanted to show off the shoes!) Shaun Robinson always looks good, and Vivica Fox's Zuhair Murad dress is nice but not on her
Tia & Tamara with owner of BET. It's cute but just ok.
Ashanti looks nice but overdressed, Tia also looks ok but the dress is very ill fitting, Chilli just looks horrible in that cheap jumpsuit, and Tatyana Ali just has the wrong dress
Brittany Daniel, I know that she has a great body and maybe she wanted to stand out but this is way too much!
Now here are a few pictures from the performances and on stage appearances
The Black Eyed Peas
Keke Palmer, Ciara with a wardrobe change, and Nicki Minaj who actually looked nice but ruined it with the bright orange wig and heavy bad makeup!
Alicia Keys looked great in about 3 different outfits and really hid her baby bump well (She did make me a bit nervous though when she jumped on top of this piano!)
I loved how she paired this purple satin dress with cute red pumps
Monica in a Alexandre Vauthier dress and Louboutin thigh-high boots
Monica & Keyshia Cole
